Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policies: 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders are delivered Monday - Friday between 09:00 - 18:00.

Same day delivery is offered for all orders placed before 13:00 p.m within Limassol range only.  

Next day delivery is offered on all orders outside of Limassol and orders placed after 13:00 p.m. within Limassol 

Orders are not delivered on holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders please allow us a few more days to organise your order. 

International Shipping Policies: 

Our delivery service is currently available only in Cyprus. If you still wish to place an order with us please send us an email at info@phiale.shop  and we will find the best possible rates from our partner courriers in order to deliver your wine & food selection.
