These wines are  produced by Master Sommelier Panos Sarris who ’s successful career as a Sommelier led to his return to Cephalonia to produce low intervention gastronomic wines that demonstrate the character of his homeland.

His wines produced from Robola, Vostilidi and Mavrodaphne the indigenous grapes of the island, evoke an aromatic, fresh and mineral character that take you on a delightful journey to the island of turquoise waters and wild nature.
