Arianna Occhipinti Serracalcara Grillo

Arianna Occhipinti returns  with a new addition to her exploration of the region: Serracalcara, a pure Grillo produced on the Serra San Bartolo promontory in Vittoria.

Produced in 8,000 bottles, fermented and aged in concrete for nine months, Serracalcara comes from a vineyard planted in 2022 on ancient marine marl, at 280 meters above sea level, and brings freshness, salinity, and citrusy tension to the glass.

 A new piece that deepens the connection between the grape variety, geology, and microzones of the Hyblaean Mountains.
