Azores Wine Company Branco Vulcanico

Azores Wine Co. was founded by António Maçanita, Filipe Rocha, and Paulo Machado back in 2014, with the goal of reviving forgotten inditigenous varieties while also shedding light on the impeccable growing sites on Pico island. The trio owns 55 hectares of vines and rents an additional 70 from local growers. This ashy, mineral-driven white is insanely terroir-reflective, showing flavors of tropical fruit, smoke, and salty sea air.
