It is a wine of the Premium range, of great character and powerful, that has aged in boots of American oak until obtaining its right point of maturity. An indomitable and surprising dry odor.

Pharaoh  is an odorous dry made using the traditional system of oxidative aging, from Palomino Fino grapes of great quality of own vineyards, coming from the Balbiana and Miraflores payments, considered the best in the Jerez framework. Taking advantage of the natural yeasts of the vineyard, alcoholic fermentation takes place. The wine then passes between 6 and 12 years to perform an oxidative aging by the traditional Jerez system of soleras and criaderas.
