Pithos Bianco is a pure expression of  Grecanico macerated on its skins for seven months in clay amphorae that are buried underground 

Made with Grecanico, this amber-colored wine offers aromas suggesting candied nectarine zest, sea breeze, tilled soil and Mediterranean herb. The linear palate delivers dried apricot, mineral and bitter almond alongside bright acidity. A hint of tangerine closes the finish.
