Dom. Chavy Chouet Bourgogne Aligoté Les Marechaux '23 AOC

On the plain at Puligny-Montrachet, these old vines grow on deep soil with lots of clay, producing golden, concentrated grapes. The wine is aged for 10 months in barrels and vats.

 Light, floral and vibrant style made from 100% Aligoté. A great wine for Fish & Chip Friday or a warming bowl of mussels. Best enjoyed in its youth but can age for a few years.
