The result of a love affair with indigenous grapes and hard work! Understanding the unique climate of Kathikas, north of Paphos, has resulted in this extraordinary example of Xynisteri.

This wine is bright and fresh with light yellow colour & green hints. It has a fresh bright aroma with notes of tangerine, rose and mint.  The taste combines notes of orange and tangerine, a slight bitter sweet note to finish.
