Tasting Notes: 

A visual delight that promises a delightfully fresh and complex wine. Notes of raspberry, wild strawberries, pink grapefruit, acacia blossom and peony with a hint of aniseed and mint. There are notes too of pear, redcurrant, peeled almonds, lemon and liquorice. On the palate the first sensation is supple and fresh with a soft and creamy effervescence followed by a soft, fleshy fruitiness supported by keen citrusy acidity.
