Soft and delicate, our cream is obtained with Violet variety artichokes harvested in the Niscemi area and Biancolilla variety extra virgin olive oil, an oil with an artichoke scent. Our secret? The quality of the raw material we use.

INGREDIENTS

Artichokes, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, oregano, hot pepper, parsley, vinegar, salt. Acidifier: citric acid.

USES

Excellent as an appetizer on bruschetta or crostone. Also recommended to embellish first courses, pizzas and savory pies.
