Collection: Azienda Agricola Paglione
Paglione bases its most authentic meaning and its craft in the land and craftsmanship.
Tomatoes, olives, grapes are a heritage of varieties and traditions. Each one holds a story, between past and present, full of taste and color. Nasuta, Prunill, Cacc'e mmitte are some of the oldest expressions of our territory, intertwined and woven together with our roots and our family.
In 1994 the Faccilongo and Albano families, who have always been farmers, began the conversion of the company into organic with Beniamino and Maria Costanza and then set up their own transformation laboratory in compliance with the "short chain" philosophy.
Paglione, led today by his son Nicola Faccilongo, places respect for the land, history and food and wine culture of its territory, Daunia, the northernmost region of Puglia, at the center of its work, enhancing its native varieties.
